AMMA’s Kerala Strikers has joined the Celebrity Cricket League. The Strikers, a team of Malayalam starlets has been promoted by Super star Mohanlal, former actress and wife of director Priyadarshan Lizzy Priyadarshan and the business tycoon from Chennai P.M.Shaji in association with AMMA (Association of Malayalam Movie Artists). The team is captained by the Ever Green Super Star Mohanlal and the dashing young Indrajith is the vice-captain. Prithviraj, the glamorous hero of many Malayalam movies, Kunchacko Boban the romantic hero, Asif Ali the new young hero and Bineesh Kodiyeri son of Kodiyeri Balakrishnan are among the players. The Kerala Team’s entry to the glamorous CCL will lift the morale of cricket players in Kerala and will do a world of good to cricket in general in Kerala.
